For details and smaller projects it also helps to use the macro setting, which most digital cameras have.  Also bought some cardboard stock colored paper for background.</description>

		<description>A solid flat contrasting background and very carefull lighting. First overall diffuse light to illuminate it and then a single beam from an angle to cast a shadow. Play with moving that one around till you get the effect you want.</description>
