Simply Square Log Cabin Dishcloth

Perfect for using up odd scraps of yarn. Also perfect for washing dishes. :-)

This stitch will make a mesh-like fabric that is great for scrubbing but light and flexible, too.

This is a *crochet pattern* in .pdf format (and U.S. notation) for making the dishcloths pictured. You’ll also need approximately 1.5 ounces of worsted weight cotton scraps in 5 different colors, a size H (5.00 mm) crochet hook, and a tapestry needle for weaving in your ends. The finished cloths are approximately 6.75 inches (17 cm) square.

Sale of finished items is allowed.

  1. Bravo! These are adorable! And what a great way to use up all of those little bits of cotton yarn you have left over from other projects. Very thrifty!
